Additional Information Regarding DRAM’s Transparency Program

DRAM Trust is committed to meeting or exceeding industry best practices and standards for customer and partner transparency reporting regarding tokenized assets (stablecoins). DRAM Trust has formally engaged The Network Firm (“TNF”) under an Attest Engagement to produce Attestation Reports under American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) standards and covering DRAM token liabilities and corresponding assets.

The Attest Engagement will be performed in “real-time” with TNF’s daily, independent accountant’s reports to be made available for download and review by intended users on-demand through this website. Due to the complexity of the real-time Attest Engagement, DRAM Trust is currently working with TNF to complete the necessary technology integration process, which involves integration with the DRAM smart contract, as well as direct integration with our financial institution partners (custody partners).

DRAM Trust expects that the results of its real-time Attest Engagement will be made available through this website in early Q1 2024, at which time DRAM Trust will discontinue self-attested reporting.

If you have any inquiries regarding DRAM’s Transparency Program, please send an email to: [email protected].

For now, please refer to the daily daily attestation report by DRAM Trust.
